MAN v FAT runs around 150 weight loss and wellbeing communities up and down the UK, supporting men of all ages to improve their physical and mental health. We’re always keen to expand our support and to bring the MAN v FAT story to new parts of the country.

What do I need to do?
In the first instance, please add your name to the list. We typically need at least 30 expressions of interest to step up our quest to find a facility and get a MAN v FAT league started. There’s no cost to do this but shows us a level of interest in your area!

- an ‘introduction to MAN v FAT’ brochure for your workplace or grassroots club

If you’re a venue that would like to host MAN v FAT in Carlisle, we’d love to hear from you too.

We aim to host our MAN v FAT clubs on astroturf pitches and typically need an indoor weigh-in space to help run our club nights. We also require a defibrillator to be on site and within easy reach of the playing area.
