Method:
- Whisk the egg and milk together.
- Soak the bread in the egg mixture.
- Heat up a nonstick frying pan with the olive oil and fry the egg-covered bread until golden and cooked through, turning a couple of times.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey, berries and a dollop of yoghurt.
Tips
Make this recipe savoury by adding black pepper to the egg mix and topping with avocado instead of berries and yoghurt.
