Method:
- The night before your breakfast, mix the oats, honey, yoghurt and milk together in a glass or jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with the peanut butter and fruit. Loosen with some more milk if needed.
Tips
Adding half a tablespoon of chia seeds will make this thicker and more like a pudding, only healthier.
